About this workshop:
Mental manipulation, altering perceived reality, and rewiring brains can be very difficult; doubly so if you're trying to do so safely.
Included is a general how-to for erotic hypnosis and hypnokink with safety at the forefront, the general history and presence online, tips and tricks of the trade, a class-wide opt-in demonstration, how to add erotic hypnosis as a layer to your existing dynamics, and the limitations behind it. Backed up by scientific studies, anecdotes, and testimonials, myths and misconceptions behind this kink will be dispelled.
Spoiler - it isn't magic, it isn't fake, and it is just all in your head.
Presenter Bio:
Dominic (he/him) is a hypnotist, ethical manipulator, deprogrammer, and asexual corruptor with almost a decade's worth of experience in kink, especially hypnokink. As a huge advocate for safety in hypnosis spaces, his efforts as a deprogrammer of previously-abused hypno subjects has helped dozens. He is a Brat Enthusiast who understands that the fun is in the pursuit and temptation of his prey, not just the catch at the end of the hunt.
Identification:
Attendees must present valid, physical government-issued identification for entry. The identification must include the attendee's legal first and last name as well as birthdate. (Must be 18 or older)
Accessibility:
- Accessibility: Narrow entry hall; one stair-step separates the main space from the kitchen and restrooms; venue now has a portable ramp that can be deployed on request. Steps lead to patio and fire pit. Venue itself is on a hill.
- Restrooms: Two ADA compliant single restrooms with grab bars.
- Lighting: Fluorescent, controlled by dimmers; colorful party lights aimed at ceiling in main room.
- Smoking: Permitted on patio.
- Parking: Small parking lot with one disabled space; the incline of the hill can make it difficult to keep car doors open; additional parking available on hill.
- Transit access: Limited access by one direct bus route that runs until approx. 9:45pm weeknights and approx. 8:30pm Saturdays; limited access by a bus stop 1/2 mile away (one way only) and a trolley station just over 1 mile away; check routes upon receiving address in will-call email.
